ZTE to sell Firefox OS phones on eBay in United States and UK

There have been many smartphones created using Mozilla's new Firefox OS, and have been supported by a few carriers. Most notably, by Telefónica in Spain and South America. A widespread launch in the US and UK is still very far away. Popular phone maker ZTE is turning to eBay to sell its Open Firefox phone. Open is ZTE's first Firefox phone, and its hardware is not very exciting. The phone is going for $79.99 (£59.99) in orange, and will be available for purchase this Friday on the official ZTE eBay store.
