Amazon has announced the Amazon Art marketplace, allowing you to buy over 40,000 pieces from over 150 art dealers and galleries. Over 4,500 artists are going to be represented at the launch, making Amazon Art one of the biggest online art collections. Amazon says it wants to "demystify art." High-end galleries like Paddle8 and Holden Luntz will be represented from the US, UK, the Netherlands and Canada, featuring pieces ranging from a $200 Clifton Ross photo to a $200,000 Warhol to a $2.5 million Monet. You can search for the artwork by artist, subject, color, size, price, and source.
