Apple hasn't officially proclaimed when it will be showing the next iPhone, but AllThingsD is reporting that the company will be having the press conference on September 10. The one question that remains is whether Apple will be releasing more than one iPhone. We have seen multiple photos of the iPhone 5C, a cheap plastic iPhone.
ATD is making no mention of the iPad, but its possible that the device could make a surprise appearance. If a new iPad isn't announced in September, then another event will likely be scheduled to announce upgrades to the iPad mini and standard iPad with possible Retina models. It's very possible that the September 10 event will be when Apple publicly releases iOS 7, which has currently been through 5 betas.
